Liability & governing law

Pre Tmnt Melbourne Pty Ltd operates this website and provides preventive treatment and health services across Melbourne VIC. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and do not book our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to people aged 18 years and over. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who can provide consent. Please do not book on behalf of another person without their knowledge and agreement.
3. Our services
We provide preventive treatment and health support delivered by qualified practitioners. Treatment is always preceded by an appropriate assessment, and we may decline or modify a service where it is not clinically suitable. Information on this website is general in nature and is not a substitute for personalised medical advice.
4. Bookings, cancellations and refunds
Appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations and missed appointments may attract a fee at our discretion. Prepaid services cancelled in line with this policy are refunded within 10 business days.
5. Fees and payment
All fees are quoted before treatment begins, so there are no surprises. Payment is required on the day of your appointment unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Fees may change over time; the price confirmed when you book is the price you pay.
6. Health information and emergencies
Safe care depends on accurate information, so you agree to tell us about your medical history, current medications and any allergies before treatment. Our clinic is not an emergency service — in an urgent situation, please attend your nearest hospital emergency department.
